Domestic orders for in-stock products are processed within 72 hours. Shipping via UPS Ground will take an additional 3-5 days. For Overnight, 2-Day and 3-day expedited service, orders for in-stock product will be processed the same business day (Monday – Friday) if orders are placed by 11am EST. Expedited orders placed after 11am EST will be processed the following business day (Monday – Friday). In-stock 11’x14’s have a 2-3 week delivery lead-time. Please contact customer service to make arrangements for delivery.


To ensure safe travel for our hand-crafted furniture, most pieces are delivered by a moving company to the place of residence. Shipping rates are determined by destination address, weight of piece, and service requested. If you would like to receive a quote on delivery for a potential furniture piece, please contact customer service.


All international orders will be shipped via the most cost effective method. The shipping fee for international orders does not include additional taxes, duties and brokerage fees. An estimate for these additional fees will be emailed to the “Bill To” contact within 48 hours. At that time, the customer can choose to make a payment for the additional fees prior to delivery or upon delivery.


Returns are accepted for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Returns are accepted for merchandise credit within 30 days of receipt. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to returns of 5’x8′, 8′ Round, 8’x10′, 9’x12′, 11’x14′ rugs. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Returns and Exchanges must be 1st quality and in original packaging. All clearance sales are final – no returns, refunds or credits.
